Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and oversee our marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and objectives for our products and services
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Creating and managing marketing materials and content for our website, social media, email, and other channels
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, product, design, and media partners
- Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing activities and initiatives
- Managing and optimizing our marketing budget and resources
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
